Welcome to CrossFit Resurgens! CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

    Nutritional Workshop today with Coach Nate at 6:30pm.  The 6:30pm class will be cancelled to allow everyone to attend the workshop.  Make sure you attend the 5:15pm or 5:45pm class if you want to get a workout in.  Metcon: “The Chief” 5 rounds of:  AMRAP 3: 3 Power Cleans (135/95) 6 Pushups 9 Air Squats 1 minute rest between rounds.

    Metcon: “Open Test” AMRAP 20 of: 50 Wall Balls, 20/14 50 Double unders (3:1 Singles) 40 Box Jumps, 24/20 40 TTB 30 C2B 30 Burpees 20 Power Cleans, 145/100 20 Jerks, 145/100 10 Snatches, 145/100 10 Muscle ups *Scale as necessary   Resurgens Endurance - 6 x 400m with 60 sec rest intervals
