Mornings: 5:30AM, 6:30AM, 9:30AM
Evenings: 5:15 PM, 5:45PM, 6:30 PM
Open Gym - Monday - Thursday: 4pm-5:45pm - This is not a formated class, but a time designated to be able to work on movements, lifts, weaknesses, etc. outside of regular scheduled classes.
Saturday: 10am, 11am
Closed on Sunday
No Open Gym classes on Friday. Only 5:15pm class on Friday evenings.
Additional classes to be added - 11am Class to added beginning in April on Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
