Mornings: 5:30AM, 6:30AM, 9:30AM
Evenings: 4:00PM - Open Gym, 5:15 PM, 5:45PM, 6:30 PM (4pm-5:15pm Is considered open gym time. This not a formated class, but a time designated to be able to work on movements, lifts, weaknesses, etc. outside of regular scheduled classes.)
Saturday: 10am, 11am
Closed on Sunday
No 4pm-5:15pm open gym classes on Friday. Only 5:15pm class on Friday evenings.
