ALOHA! Clinically obese at 485 pounds just a few years ago, my life was out of control, drinking and eating terribly. I started CrossFit in July of 2016 and it literally saved and changed my life. I’ve lost about 235 pounds, most of it through CrossFit. I am in a much better space physically and mentally.As a coach, I hope to influence and motivate others to improve their overall well-being. My interests include traveling, meeting different people, cultures, good food (sushi anyone?), the Denver Broncos, and tennis. My favorite movement: power cleans. My least favorite movement: thrusters.
