Bio:
Will came back to his grassroots of Atlanta in 2012. He has his MS in Instructional Technology and multiple certifications in teaching and instruction including his CrossFit Level 2. He devotes most of his time to CrossFit and eating a Paleo diet.
A Message From Will:
As with most people, fitness and nutrition became a conflicting priority in my life. I would spend a lot of time making it a top priority and then would focus on other things and realize working out fell to the bottom of my list. When I came back to Atlanta I knew I needed to get back into shape for my own personal happiness. I decided to try CrossFit…that was over a year ago. Since then, I have done things I never thought would be possible. I have seen the way it transformed my body and enhanced my competitive nature. I love motivating others and helping them achieve their goals so becoming a Coach felt like the perfect transition. I hope my perseverance can help others change their life and to never give up.
