CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2)


Hudson, a.k.a Huddy, is an elementary music teacher and has been coaching CrossFit since 2017. In 2014, Huddy started CrossFit to stay active, but immediately fell in love with the style of high intensity training. Outside of training, Huddy enjoys spending time with his wife, Aleecha, and their son, Hudson Jr.

A Message From Huddy:

I never played sports. I was always strong but not very athletic. The extent of my “athletic career” was playing the tuba in high school and college marching band. In fact, the first time I was called an athlete in the CrossFit gym I laughed. Over the 6 years I have been doing CrossFit I embraced my physicality and athleticism. Everyone has it in them! I remember seeing people do heavy barbell movements and bar muscle ups thinking to myself that I could never do those kinds of things. But the more I embraced my weaknesses the better I became. That’s what I love about CrossFit. Every athlete in the gym is working to be a better version of themselves. Those are the kind of people I want to be around every day!
