We believe in fostering a community of coaches and members who invest in the lives of each other as much as themselves. From the beginning, Resurgens was set on the foundation to “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather in humility, value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interest, but each of you to the interest of others” (Philippians 2:3-4).
Who are we?
We are a community of people seeking to take our lives and our bodies to the next level in every way possible.
We believe in fostering an environment of respect and encouragement while continuing to grow in our knowledge and abilities (as both coaches and members). Also, we believe the power in teamwork lies in staying open-minded to the thoughts, ideas, and beliefs of the whole team as we give back to the community in which we belong.
What do we do?
Everyone who works out with us has made the commitment to change their health and their life for the better. We take it one day at a time and know that progress comes with consistency. Every day we show up with an attitude to do our best, to progress, to learn, and to be challenged.
CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive.
Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short, intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual.
CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.
