CrossFit is a fitness regimen developed by Greg Glassman over several decades and is described as “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and much, much more.
Our Fundamentals class is your foundation to CrossFit. Each member goes through Fundamentals to learn basic movements before entering into regular programming. We teach new groups throughout the month – so, if you’re interested in joining us click the “Getting Started” page and submit a request to join our next Fundamentals class!
Endurance (also related to sufferance, resilience, fortitude, and hardiness) is the ability of our members to exert themselves and remain active for a long period of time, as well as their ability to resist, withstand, recover from fatigue. Our Endurance course helps our members improve their cardiovascular endurance and recovery. If you want to run a 5K and don’t know where to start, this class is for you!
It is our mission to instruct and assist clients in reaching personal health and fitness goals with one-on-one personal training. Our coaches possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness programs catered to fitness, nutrition, and accountability.
